A2. Yes, We have no public goods, all products are customized according to customer requirements.
Q3. What information is needed to customize the product?
A3. Customer need provide design drawing or sample, any one is ok for us.
Q4. What format of design document need to be provided?
A4. AI, PDF, 3D. etc... any kind of editable document is available.
Q5. Is the sample free?
A5. Our current similar samples are free, customer only needs to bear the shipping cost.
If customer needs to custom sample according to the customer's design, the customer needs to pay the tooling cost and sample fee.
Q6. What does the sample cost include?
A6. one is tooling cost, include films, printing plates, cutting die, test fixture etc...the other is 3-5 samples proofing fee.
Q7. Is there any MOQ requirement?
A7. No, can be small quantity, tut for larger quantities, we can make them on fully automatic machines, which is cheaper.
Q8. How long will it take to deliver the sample?
A8. Usually within 7 days after all information has been confirmed by both parties.
Q9. What are the terms of payment?
A9. 50% in advance before production, balance paid before delivery.
Q10. What are the payment options?
A10. Normally, we accept TT payment, some small payments can also be paid through Paypal.
