The printed conductive silver paste is a low-temperature baking conductive silver paste specially designed for the circuit wires of resistive and capacitive touch screens. It is made of high-performance resin and silver powder with excellent conductivity. It is suitable for ITO film glass. superior. It has the characteristics of excellent printability, conductivity, hardness and adhesion, and excellent oxidation resistance.

How to use: mix and stir/dilute
When using, please use a plastic oil stirring knife to gently stir, such as using a metal knife, the glue tank may be cut, resulting in particles stained with silver oil, and the screen will be cut during silk screen printing. The conductive silver paste is a ready-to-use product, but if you want to thin it, please use Betley XSJ-211 thinner, but add no more than 3% by weight It directly affects its electrical conductivity, and the thickness of the ink film is related to the density of the mesh, the texture of the mesh, and the thickness of the mesh paste.
Recommended film thickness: 6 to 10μm (ie 0.006mm to 0.010mm)
Screen form: 300-420 mesh polyester screen or stainless steel screen printing
(The test uses a 300-mesh polyester mesh, the tension is 20-22N, the mesh weaving angle is 22.5 degrees, and the mesh plate latex thickness is 6um)
Squeegee: PU squeegee or other solvent-resistant squeegee, when using polyester wire mesh, the squeegee hardness is 60 to 70 degrees, such as stainless steel,
Wire mesh can be hard, such as 70 to 80 degrees.
Curing conditions: After the conductive silver paste is printed, the minimum PET sheet should be baked at 130°C for 40 minutes, and the glass sheet should be baked at 150°C for 50 minutes. The higher the temperature and the longer the time, the performance of the cured silver circuit will be better. This product can also be cured in an infrared oven. If the curing is insufficient, the conductivity and adhesion will be weakened.
Cleaning: Please use MEK, MIBK ketone solvents for cleaning.
storage
The best use period is within 3 months after the original can leave the factory. Store the printed conductive silver paste at a temperature of 5 to 25 ° C. Be careful not to freeze the ink. Always keep the cover tightly when not in use, and store it in a cool and ventilated place. Local storage, empty cans should also be disposed of properly, do not dispose of them casually, please dispose of them according to the relevant instructions.
