Product Introduction

The upper and lower circuit layers of membrane control panel adopts PET with good performance as the carrier of switching circuit graphics, and silver paste, carbon paste or gold paste are silk printed on it with special process to make it conductive. Its thickness is generally within 0.05-0.175mm, and 0.125mm pet is the most common.

Features of membrane touch panel 

1. Top Material: PET/PC with different thickness and finish

2. Button effect: embossing + metal domes respectively for good tactility and perfect 

3. Colors for graphics are matched with Pantone No., Bi-color leds are also available.

4. LCD clear window can be made.

5. General structure: Overlay--Spacer under overlay--Fixed layer(if metal domes added)/ Top circuit-- (Metal domes)

6. Flexible cable for connecting with 2.54mm ptich.
