1. Can you produce custom made products?
Yes, we can provide custom made service with CAD drawing (step/igs file).
2. Any tests to ensure the quality of waterproof membrane switch?
We do the relevant reliability tests such as RCA test, Life test, Curve measuring etc,.
3. How long it will take for a new tooling?
Normally 2 weeks for opening a new mold for tactile membrane switch.
4. What is the difference between sampling tooling and proudction tooling?
Sampling mold is cheaper and can be modified, but only have one cave per each tooling.
Production mold is more efficient with more caves.
