On August 29, Chinese basketball player Zhou Qi announced on social media that he would withdraw from the whole CBA season. He made such a decision because of the contract dispute with Xinjiang basketball team and the dissatisfaction with CBA regulations.
At present, Zhou Qi is training with the Liaoning National basketball team to prepare for the National basketball matches starting in mid September.
