Q4. How to solve the faults of the equipment during use?
A4. Please email us about the problem of pictures or small videos. I will be better. I will find the problem and solve it.

Q6. What is the quality level of your products?

Q7. Problems needing attention when selecting label materials:
A7.
1. For cylindrical bottles, especially those with a diameter less than 30mm, the material should be carefully selected.
2.If the label size is too large or too small, pay attention to the actual test.
3.If the object to be pasted is an irregular surface or even a spherical surface, specific considerations are given to the type, thickness and adhesive of the label material.
4.Some rough surfaces such as corrugated boxes will affect labeling, and the varnish on the surface of corrugated boxes will also affect labeling.
5.Automatic labeling machine label, labeling test can be carried out if necessary.
6.Even if the label is labeled at room temperature, pay attention to whether it experiences high temperature during export transportation and use.
7.Water or oil environment will affect the characteristics of the adhesive. Pay attention to the environment and temperature of the label.
8.Sometimes plasticizer exudes from the surface of soft PVC. Special attention should be paid to the selection of appropriate adhesive.

Q8. Can the color of the product be customized?
A8. Our colors can be customized according to PMS( Pantone matching system).

Q9. Requirements for the first draft of label production design
A9. All text contents of the label processing design draft shall be converted into curves, and the identification symbols shall be made into vector diagrams. If your layout content only has bitmap format and the graphics are complex, we can modify it for you. We mainly use coreaw and illustrator. It is best to use the above software. Coreraw preferably uses 9 or 12. The format can be CDR (with version restrictions). CMX has no version limit, but unexpected errors may occur in text and graphics. Other software such as illustrator and freehand can be stored in AI, EPS and other formats.
In order to better meet your requirements, please use the accurate Pantone.

Q10. Storage requirements for self-adhesive labels:
A10.
1. Self adhesive labels shall be protected from direct sunlight, moisture, sun, high temperature and ultra-low temperature.
2. Self adhesive labels shall not be mixed with flammable and volatile dangerous goods.
3. The self-adhesive label shall be packaged and sealed with moisture-proof paper or film. The roll shall be stacked vertically and stored flat. The height of each plate shall not exceed 1m, and the goods shall be more than 10cm from the ground (wood plate).
4. It can be stored for one year at 23 ± 2 ºC and rh65 ± 5% relative humidity, and some glue can be stored for two years.
